My practice is rooted in culturally responsive care and crisis intervention. My clinical approach integrates eclectic frameworks of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused, Strength-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
