I will guide you to navigating these thoughts and feelings, while supporting you in going beyond talk therapy, towards processing and setting achievable goals, gaining a deeper understanding of your personal values and developing new, more skillful behaviors for coping with challenges.
I offer therapy that is relationship-focused and holistic, with an emphasis on diving deeper to understand and transform the unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back. I use a combination of mind and body-based therapies with EMDR, CBT and Narrative.
