At times, life can feel like a roller coaster...many of us are juggling the multiple demands of modern living, often without the help of a village. This can lead to feelings of loneliness, disconnection and overwhelm. However, I believe that with support, self compassion and some humour, we can learn to ride the ups & downs of life while maintaining a sense of peace. I am a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of professional experience. I also bring with me my South Asian/Canadian identity, my lived experience as the daughter of immigrant-refugees as well as my role as a mother and spouse.
My gentle and collaborative approach is client centered, recognizing the strength and resilience that has brought you to where you are today. I integrate my training and experience with several modalities including attachment, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness & trauma informed therapies. I aim to provide a warm & safe space for you to share your story.
I have noticed that when you feel truly seen and heard, the healing process can begin...we can uncover the internal wisdom you hold and add new skills to move toward a more fulfilling, authentic & joyful life. If this resonates for you, please connect for a free 15 min consultation to explore if we would be a good fit for working together.
